Delivery
How Our Delivery Service Works
We aim to dispatch all our "in-stock" orders within three working days (sooner where possible).Please note that we calculate shipping weight based on the weight of the entire package.
Please note that we are not able to deliver any order over 2kg to a PO Box address.
Standard Delivery (UK)
• Standard deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class post.• Free Postage is applicable only to single, standard UK orders with goods of a value of £50 or over (inc VAT) and weighing no more than 2kg.
• Orders under £50 in value (and under 2kg in weight) will be charged at £3.95 for standard delivery.
Express Delivery (UK)
• We guarantee that all express delivery orders placed before 1pm will be despatched before 1pm the next working day. Whenever possible they will be despatched the same day.• Express orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to provide delivery within 24 hours on working days.
• Express Orders over 2kg will be sent by a next day courier service.
Returns
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, except for personalised prescriptions from our herbalists, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition. Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the item. Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable unless an item is faulty. We regret that no refund is possible for specially made prescriptions once these have been made up. This is because prescriptions are tailor-made for the individual.Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.Once orders are returned, we aim to process them and issue your refund or replacement within 72 hours of receipt.
